Healing retreats in the mountains near Medellín

100+ retreats hosted. Every month, 4 or 7 days away from everyday life: breathwork, group hypnosis and circles, in a group of twelve people at most.

Why go on a retreat?

A single session can open something up. But when you go home straight afterwards, everyday life quickly takes over again. On a retreat there’s time for what comes up to settle. You breathe, rest, talk and practise day after day, and the changes have a chance to become part of you.

Being in a group helps too. Hearing other people speak about what they’re working through makes it easier to be honest about your own, and you go home knowing you’re not the only one.

Who it’s for

A retreat might be right for you if…

You feel stuck

The same patterns keep coming back, and an hour a week isn’t giving you enough space to shift them.

You need a real break

You’re running on empty and want to step out of everyday life long enough to actually rest.

You’re at a turning point

A new chapter, a loss, a big decision. You want clarity on what comes next and support while you find it.

Every month

Two ways to come

4 days

Thursday to Sunday. A reset: enough time to slow down, breathe and go home with something new.

7 days

Saturday to Friday. More time to go deep, rest in between and let what comes up settle before you leave.

On retreat

What a day can look like

No two days are the same, but most follow a slow rhythm like this.

  • MorningFresh fruit, brunch, then a sharing circle where the group talks about what is coming up.
  • MiddayBreathwork, group hypnosis or art therapy, depending on the day.
  • AfternoonTime for yourself: rest, walk the land, sit by the creek.
  • EveningDinner together, and an early night.

What a retreat includes

  • Conscious Connected Breathing sessions.
  • Group hypnosis sessions, with one-to-one hypnosis available.
  • Opening, sharing and closing circles.
  • Art therapy.
  • All meals, cooked fresh on site.
  • Your room in the house, and pick-up and drop-off in Medellín.
  • An online integration course and free monthly calls after you go home.
The place

A house on the mountain

The retreats happen in a private house on a mountainside outside Medellín, the last house on the road, next to a nature reserve. The land is 20,000 square metres, with a creek and a waterfall, a garden of more than a thousand plants, and fireflies at night.

We work in a round group room built for this: wooden roof, wide windows onto the hills, and good acoustics for breathwork and hypnosis. There’s nothing you need to organise. You arrive, and the days take care of themselves.

Who runs it

My retreats, my team

I founded these retreats and have hosted over 100+ of them. Over the years I built a team I trust, and four to seven of them are with the group at every retreat, depending on its size. I’m often there myself.

The team’s job is to hold the space: to keep the group safe, to notice what each person needs, and to make sure nobody goes deeper than they’re ready for.

Upcoming retreats

Retreats run every month. Get in touch and I’ll send you the next dates and how many places are left.

Questions

Do I need any experience with breathwork or hypnosis?

No. Most people arrive with little or no experience. Every practice is explained before we start, and you can always go at your own pace.

Is a retreat right for me?

Breathwork isn’t suitable for everyone, for example during pregnancy or with some heart and mental health conditions. Before you book we have a short call about your health and what you hope to get from the retreat, so we can decide together.

How big are the groups?

Twelve people at most. Depending on the size of the group, four to seven people from my team are there to support you, so nobody gets lost in the crowd.

Where is it and how do I get there?

In a private house on a mountainside near Medellín, Colombia. We pick you up in Medellín on the first day and bring you back at lunchtime on the last day. If you have a flight to catch, tell us and we can plan around it.

What is the food like?

Everything is cooked fresh on site, and all meals are included. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free are no problem. Tell us what you need when you book.

How often are the retreats?

Every month, in a 4-day and a 7-day format. Get in touch and I’ll send you the next dates and how many places are left.

What happens after the retreat?

The weeks after a retreat matter as much as the retreat itself. You get an online integration course and can join our free monthly calls. If you want one-to-one support while the changes settle, you can continue with hypnosis or coaching sessions with me.

Not sure yet?

Book a free call. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and whether a retreat or one-to-one work is the better fit.
